Thai Green Curry Sauce – 3-Pack

Authentic Thai Green Curry Sauce

Green Curry is one of the most iconic dishes in Thai cuisine. Mae Ja Thai Green Curry Sauce offers the perfect blend of rich creaminess, zesty freshness, and a mild yet satisfying kick of spice, bringing authentic Thai flavours right to your kitchen.

The Essence of Our Thai Green Curry Sauce

Our sauce captures the true taste of Thailand with its vibrant herbaceous aroma, sweet coconut undertones, and fragrant spices. Mae Ja's green curry paste is carefully crafted from fresh green chilies, Thai basil, lemongrass, galangal, and other exotic Thai herbs, combined with creamy coconut milk to create a gourmet sauce that’s ready for your favourite dishes.

Simple Recipe Ideas for Thai Green Curry

  • Thai Green Curry with Beef and Sweet Potatoes
Create a hearty dish by combining tender beef slices with sweet potatoes in our Mae Ja Thai Green Curry Sauce. The natural sweetness of the potatoes balances the savoury richness of the beef. Serve with jasmine rice to soak up the vibrant flavours of the sauce.

  • Thai Green Curry with Squid and Mange Tous
Enjoy a light and fresh seafood dish by pairing squid rings with crisp Mange Tous in our Thai green curry sauce. The squid absorbs the spicy, zesty curry while the greens add a crunchy texture. Serve with coconut rice for a perfect meal.

  • Thai Green Curry with Tofu and Asparagus
For a veggie twist, fry cubes of tofu until crispy and add to the green curry sauce with tender asparagus. This combination provides a delightful balance of textures and flavours. Enjoy this dish with egg fried rice for a satisfying meal.

  • Thai Green Curry with Lamb and Spinach
Elevate your curry with succulent lamb and fresh spinach. The richness of the lamb pairs beautifully with the herbaceous and spicy notes of the curry, while spinach adds a nutritious touch. Serve with lime and coriander rice for a vibrant, aromatic dish.

  • Thai Green Curry with Seabass and Courgettes
Delicate seabass fillets cooked in our Thai green curry sauce create a light yet flavourful meal. Add courgettes or aubergine for a fresh, crunchy element, and serve with jasmine rice to complete this seafood feast.

Cooking Tips:

  • For red meats like beef, lamb, or duck, wash and drain thoroughly to maintain the vibrant green colour of the sauce.
  • Alternatively, cook the meat separately and add it to your curry later to preserve the colour and flavour.

Spice Level

Mae Ja Thai Green Curry Sauce is mild to medium in spice, perfect for a wide range of taste preferences. For extra heat, add our spicy dried chilies during cooking.

F.A.Q's

Q: "I want to order, but I'm concerned about the use of E numbers and gums in the product."

A: Xanthan gum is widely used in many common food products such as salad dressings, ice cream, soups and gravy. We need to use a small amount in our curry sauces to bind together the coconut milk and the water. Without xanthan gum our sauces would separate in the jar over time and look very unappealing.

E621 also known as Monosodium Glutimate (MSG) is widely used in lots of South East Asian cooking. It is also commonly found in the UK in stock cubes, gravy and soup mixes, crisps and snacks. We actually do not add any MSG into our products, however it is already present in the Thai seasoning that we use to add flavour and depth to our sauces.

Q: "What is the shelf life and how long do the sauces last"

A: Before posting we make sure that every sauce has at least 2months shelf life remaining. Please bear this in mind if placing a large order. We do not use any preservatives so once you open the jar, use it straight away because it will perish quickly if not stored in the fridge.

Q: "I have collected 10 reward stamps, how do I claim the free gift?"
