Boasting a bold red hue derived from the dried red chilies that are pounded together with garlic, shallots and other spices to make the delectable red curry paste. Widely regarded as the spiciest among the Thai curries, our Thai Red Curry sauce promises to be a deliciously complex array of spicy Thai flavours in a rich creamy coconut milk.

Mae Ja’s Five Word Description: Spicy, complex, bold, fiery, exotic

Usage and Serving Suggestions: The bold red colour of our Thai Red Curry Sauce really lends itself well do deep rich red coloured meats like beef topside, lamb and duck. It truly is a savoury flavoursome experience where the meat tends to be the primary component. We like to add a simple vegetable combination like Red and green peppers, carrots and garnished with sliced red chillies.

Recommended meat choices: Duck, Beef, Lamb, Venison, or and dark poultry meats.

Recommended vegetables: Red and green peppers, carrots, aubergine, sweet potato
