Our chilies are made by toasting fresh bird eye chilies very slowly to unleash the spicy oils and leaving them cracker dry. We then blitz the dried chilies to make a coarse spicy toasted chili powder that’s perfect for adding to curries and stir fries for maximum heat or for sprinkling over a Pad Thai for some extra fire!

Use with caution because they are very hot!!
