Our Thai Yellow Curry Sauce gets its beautiful yellow hue from tumeric, a key spice that lends itself well to creating a warming wholesome Thai Yellow curry experience. The other key ingredients are a complex blend of cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom, and nutmeg. These aromatic spices fuse together with rich creamy coconut milk to create a mild and subtly sweet Thai culinary experience.

We often compare our Thai yellow curry sauce taste to be similar in a way to Japanese katsu curry but a lot more flavoursome.

For this reason we believe little is more, keep it simple. Just use a basic meat and two veg. Here are our recommendations of meats and vegetables to use in your Thai yellow curry sauce:
Recommended Meat Choices: Chicken, Beef, Duck, Pork, lean lamb (chicken thighs in the slow cooker or any meats on the bone slow cooked)
Recommended Vegetable Choices: Onions, Carrots, New Potato, Mooli, Sweet potato, Pumpkin, Squash.

Cooking Instructions

1) Shake jar
before opening.

2) Empty contents
into a saucepan. Use a splash of water in the jar to get every bit out.

3) Add your hard
vegetables first and gently bring to the boil, stirring regularly.

4) Add sliced
prepared meats of your choice and softer vegetables.

5) Reduce the heat
down to a gentle simmer and allow time for all the ingredients to cook

6) Once cooked
take off the heat, Stir in some fresh basil and serve in a bowl with a simple garnish
of more fresh basil on top.

7) Enjoy with
boiled white Thai jasmine rice.
