Our Panang Curry Sauce is a lovely thick rich and spicy Thai curry sauce that is carefully hand crafted with a medley of premium Thai ingredients such as: aromatic Kafir lime peel, toasted cumin seeds, fragrant lemongrass, and shallots all combined together in a decadent velvety coconut milk to create a harmony of delicious Thai flavours.

Usage and Serving Suggestions: Similar to our Thai Red Curry Sauce, Panang really comes to life when paired with rich red meats such as Beef topside or fillet steak, Duck breast, Lamb fillet, But this is not a limitation because it can really be enjoyed with any meats of your choice. The deep red colour really screams decadence and thus we love to prepare the Panang curry for a special occasion with our best cuts of lean meat. As for the vegetables, keep it simple, Red and green peppers, carrots and onions should be fine.
Recommended Meats for the Panang Curry: Beef Topside or fillet, Lamb Fillet, Pork Fillet, Venison, Duck breast with or without bone, Large pieces of fried tofu.

    Ingredients

    ALLERGENS IN BOLD

    Cooking Instructions

    1) Shake jar
    before opening.

    2) Empty contents
    into a saucepan. Use a splash of water in the jar to get every bit out.

    3) Add your hard
    vegetables first and gently bring to the boil, stirring regularly.

    4) Add sliced
    prepared meats of your choice and softer vegetables.

    5) Reduce the heat
    down to a gentle simmer and allow time for all the ingredients to cook
    thoroughly.

    6) Once cooked
    take off the heat, Stir in some fresh basil and serve in a bowl with a simple garnish
    of more fresh basil on top.

    7) Enjoy with
    boiled white Thai jasmine rice.
